If there is one phrase that a single Christian hears often, it is : “God is preparing someone special for you.” We hear it so often that we can become irritated by it. This encouragement seems spiritual, but is it biblical?

Some single people are so concerned with finding a partner that they get distracted during teachings in church. They hear what their pastors teach, but they don’t listen, which is unfortunate because the fruits of the Spirit are directly related to the way we listen.

A lot of pastors and church leaders still have a hard time accepting on-line dating. In fact, any kind of matchmaking services is still treated with suspicion. But are Christians allowed to use this method or not?
