When we talk about a relationship, of course, we think about love, affection, tenderness and all the little touches that are added. Yet, love is not enough to build a strong couple: you also need trust.

When a person is not certain of their decision, their friends will often say “just follow your heart”, suggesting that deep down, they know what the right thing to do is. But does God agree with that?

“Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope” (Psalms 119:49 WEB). We love to remind God of all the promises He makes to us. But what about the promises WE make?

Surrender your dreams to the Lord… Does it mean to give up our dream of getting married, or to stop looking, to give up all hope, all expectations? There are two ways to give up: one that produces hope, and one that produces despair.
