This was one of the first things God said to Adam and Eve: Have dominion! Yet, many Christians are only trying to survive their daily lives. Where has our heritage gone? It is not beyond our reach, thanks to the sacrifice of Jesus.

We’ve looked for someone for a long time (too long some may think!) and still nobody. It almost feels like we are alone in the world with our standard. A prophet in the Bible felt the same way; his story can encourage us all.

We often start the year determined. We don’t want the same results as last year, so we decide to work hard to get what we want. Being ambitious is good, but beware: it should not be at the cost of our standards.
