Why do we more than often hear: “Wait, God is preparing them for you”? Maybe it is also because they don’t want Singles to run after love all the time. Then here are some questions to discuss: What does the world (modern psychology) say about self-esteem? What does God say about who we are? How is knowing how God sees us good for our self-esteem? We can know what God says but have trouble accepting or believing it. So how do we believe it, especially when we see the opposite? Why is it important to have good self-esteem before entering into a relationship?

Series 1 Session 1 marriage is not a goal

Then here are some questions to discuss: A goal is something you can do for yourself. Marriage cannot, therefore, be a goal, because it takes 2 people to get married! But what goals can you give yourself to be more ready to get married? Do you have other personal or professional goals that you could share with us? Do you have a spiritual goal or plan? Something you have in heart to do to make the Kingdom of God grow?
