At a time when some Christians are turning against each other for political reasons, why not go back to the basics of Jesus’ message? Let’s relearn how to love one another as He has shown us.

A popular verse given to single people says that “he who finds a wife finds a good thing”, sometimes translated by “finds happiness” (Proverbs 18:22). Does this mean that to be happy, you have to get married? That is far from the truth!

We know that worrying is not good for our health. But it’s not just the worries that can clutter our thoughts to the point of exhausting us. God gives us a warning about this in His Word.

The Christian life is not always easy. To grow spiritually, we need to step out of our comfort zone and make sacrifices. That is also a good practice for our future married life!

A piece of advice that we often hear is: don’t pretend to be someone we are not. And it is true. However, this advice should not be used as an excuse not to improve.
