Sometimes what God asks us to do is scary, so we need courage. Other times it is grueling, so we need persistence. But sometimes it’s only inconvenient. Then we need love and obedience.
That is an argument many spiritual leaders hear from singles looking for a partner. “He’s not a Christian, but he’s super sweet!” What is wrong with falling in love with a “good” atheist person?
Whether in love, in our professional journey, or even in our spiritual growth, we must remember that God created us all differently with a different mission. It is therefore useless to imitate others.
