How difficult it is to trust God! We are so quick to control every aspect of our lives. Yet, His peace far surpasses the feeling of a completed project. It is this true peace that we must seek at all costs.

That is an expression we often hear, especially in Christian circles. And when a Christian is certain of their feelings, they might even say, “God has put it in my heart.” However, we must remain very wary of the impulses of our hearts.

We would like to be as spiritual as a certain man of God, or as wealthy as another prominent figure. But even if we make a lot of effort to try to emulate their success, the Bible says that our environment has the final say.

While children excel at asking “why,” we often lose this reflex as adults. Yet, asking questions is essential for assimilating information, deepening our faith, and building connections with those around us.

Faced with all the miracles Jesus performed, the crowds were filled with admiration for Him. Of course! But on a few occasions, Jesus also felt admiration for certain people. Does your faith impress Jesus?
