This is the time of year when we celebrate our successes and choose to learn from our mistakes. An equally valuable exercise for Passion374!
This year was a wonderful continuation of previous years. We continued our service in various regions of Quebec thanks to our superb team of volunteers. Their creativity and dedication enabled hundreds of single Christians in Quebec to participate in more than 55 activities and workshops across seven regions.
Our biggest event of the year was, of course, our annual gathering on September 28, 2025. The program included six workshops, three outdoor activities, and an evening celebration. For the first time in 11 years, this large gathering was held outside of Montreal, in St-Hyacinthe, a move that was appreciated by the vast majority of participants.
This year has been the most financially challenging yet; we received almost no donations, but God still provided, and we managed to pay all our bills! (Our financial report will be available on our website in the coming weeks.) Due to health challenges in their family, Caroline P. and Tobias Mook were unable to launch all the new projects they had envisioned. We believe that next year will bring peace and a fresh start to the ministry.
Despite all the challenges we faced, content creation didn’t slow down. We continued to release a new video every week and added new articles to our blog, bringing the total to over 600, thanks to our many contributors. We continued to benefit from the valuable guidance of Pastor Beaudry, as well as from Focus on the Family (with Boundless), Pastor Mark Bellenger (of the Apply God’s Word blog), and Pastor and therapist Brian Alton (of the Biblical Living Center). Their articles are among the most popular this year. Our website, which includes our blog, a link to our YouTube channel, and information about all our activities, attracted approximately 80,000 visitors per month.
Here are the five most popular English-language articles of 2025.
The Difference Between Waiting and Being Patient
In many dictionaries, “waiting” and “being patient” are often considered similar. The difference is indeed subtle, but it’s worth paying attention to.

A woman doesn’t need a man to live… yes, but!
Some single men complain that women are so independent that they don’t feel welcome. This attitude can indeed be off-putting. But it’s also true that women can live without a man. What’s the happy medium?

Woman Should (Sometimes) Make the First Move
Is it a sin for a woman to make the first move? Will it scare a man off because it’s too pushy? When a woman takes matters into her own hands, does it mean she doesn’t trust God? All very hard questions.

Things Godly women do that men find attractive
I recently read a quote that I really agree with: “In relationships, the little things are the big things.” I think there is some relevance, too, when it comes to starting a relationship. Sometimes, the little things are actually the big things.

Re-Marriage After Divorce
Re-marriage after divorce is a deeply personal and complex decision that must be grounded in God’s truth and guided by His Spirit. Healing, understanding biblical grounds, and taking things slow all require dependence on the Lord.
