This is the time of year when we rejoice in our “good moves” and choose to learn from our mistakes. An exercise that is just as useful for Passion374!
The highlight of our year was of course our annual September gathering. It was our 10th anniversary, and we celebrated in style in a reception hall with an international artist: Maggie Blanchard. It was truly a beautiful day, carefully prepared by our entire team, and our volunteers from all regions.
They have worked hard all year, these regional managers, to offer solos from all over Quebec no less than 57 activities and workshops, seven more than the previous year! A big thank you to Sonia and Rachelle (Greater Montreal), Nancy and Audrey (Capitale nationale), Suzie and Daniel (Centre-du-Québec and Mauricie), Maryse and Evelyne (Outaouais), Anik and Anne-Marie (Laurentides) and Crescence (Yaoundé). We had hoped to open other regions in 2024, but it will be for next year.
This year was more difficult financially, we did not have as many donations as last year, but God still provided and we managed to pay all our bills! (Our financial report will be available on our website in the coming weeks.)
As for content distribution, we have exceeded the 1000 subscriber mark on our YouTube channel and exceeded 550 articles on our blog, thanks to many collaborators. We continued to benefit from the good advice of Pastor Beaudry, as well as from Focus on the Family (with Boundless) and Pastor Mark Bellenger (from the blog Apply God’s Word). Their articles are also among the most consulted this year.
Here are the five most popular English-language articles of 2024.
