Here at Passion374, we do not agree with the comments and hatred that “Christian” people have been making regarding homosexuals.

Calling people names who were victims of a tragedy, or worse yet verbally abusing them, goes against everything that Jesus taught us and gives unbelievers the wrong impression of Jesus. It is the wrong attitude to have towards people. God loves everyone, we are all sinners and no sin is worse than the other. Everyone has sinned and it is God’s desire to justify everyone (Romans 3:21-26 NKJV). He loves the whole world so much that he sent Jesus to die for everyone, including the immoral, the wayward, the hostile. Everyone that has ever drawn a breath is a person that God loves. “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” (John 3:17 NKJV) If God himself does not condemn the world, who are we that we condemn and pass out judgment. We are to do what Jesus commanded us to do (John 14:23-24 NKJV), and Jesus commanded us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Then to love our neighbors as ourselves. (Mark 12:28-31 NKJV) There must be some “Christian pastors” out there that really hate themselves. The simple truth is that we can not love God while we hate another. (1 John 4:20 NKJV).

God loves us. God loves you. God loves every person, in your city, province, in the country, on the TV, or on the Internet. Every single person you have ever seen. God loves them. I find it disgusting that people can yell at others and tell them they are going to hell and that God hates them. God does not hate them, Jesus died for them. He does not approve of their actions, but “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”(Roman 3:23 NKJV). I am no better than them, but God loves me, and God loves you even though you are no better than me. Just because someone doesn’t agree with you, or does something that you do not like, that does not give you the right to treat them any less. God wants them to be your brother or sister. So instead of having signs that say God hates homosexuals and all that other garbage, we just need one sign. God loves everyone.
